Chili in the Raw

2 large tomatoes
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes soaked and rinsed
1 cup fresh cilantro
1 -2 large avocados
1 tbs chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 clove garlic
juice of half lime
1 cup of Love

Pulse together for 30 seconds or so in a food processor until it looks about right.

Dice 1 green pepper, 1/4 yellow onion, 1/2 cup peas and blend in with the above ingredients after blending.

In a separate bowl:

1/2 cup walnuts soaked and rinsed
2 tbs chili powder
1 tsp Himalayan salt
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbs of Love

Blend these ingredients in a food processor and blend until it looks like Taco Meat.  Note”  Pulse blender a few times for right consistency.

Mix everything together and there you are:  Chili in the raw!
