MIDWEEK MESSAGE – March 4, 2020

Have you ever done something, and then thought – that was stupid! Often when that happens, we might begin to berate ourselves for being so foolish as to make such a wrong decision. The Truth of the matter is that a bad decision does not define us.

Within all of us is a wisdom that can help us to make the right choices and give us insights to help us live a life filled with more happiness, peace, joy, and love. Wisdom does not come from books but from that inner place within each of us – some call it the Christ, the Buddha, or anything that represents wisdom to you.

When we tap into this intuitive part of us, that comes, not from our human side, but our spiritual nature, we get the guidance and encouragement to discern what is ours to do. All we have to do is become still, ask God what It’s will for us is, what part is ours to do, and set an intention that whatever we do will be the best for all parties involved. The outcome cannot help but be the highest and best for us.

The next time you have to make a decision, instead of asking everyone’s opinion, stop, become still and go within – asking for whatever the right choice is. If you don’t get an answer, just become willing to receive, and at a time you least expect it, the answer will come.

Quote of the Week

“Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom.” James 3:13
